Acceptable, but with issues

adequate spacelukewarm breakfastsmall flies
The room provided adequate space.
I found the breakfast to be quite poor. The English breakfast items were only lukewarm. That really bothered me. there were small flies hovering around the pastries, fruit, and bread, so I decided to skip those.

Decent Stay with a Few Hiccups

smooth check-inconvenient locationbathroom sinkcleaning issue
Check-in was smooth and easy. The location is very convenient with easy access to transport options (I especially appreciated the proximity to the underground station).
The room I was assigned seemed to be designed for disabled guests. The bathroom sink was at knee height, which wasn't ideal for me (since I don't need that type of adaptation). I found a toothbrush in the shower. I was unsure if it belonged to a previous guest or a member of the cleaning staff.

Excellent stay!

The check-in staff were very helpful. They stored our luggage and allowed us to check in later. The location was near the Bakerloo line, perfect for exploring. I had a few issues in my room. The TV didn't work, and the door wouldn't close but these were resolved quickly.
The room was too dark, and some lights did not work in the bedroom.

Acceptable Stay

central areasexcellent locationhelpful housekeepinghot corridoruncomfortable luggagebad air conditioner
The location is excellent near the Lambeth North station. The Bakerloo line made accessing central areas convenient. The room had good air conditioning. The housekeeping staff was helpful and always greeted me with a smile.
The corridors were very hot. This made me uncomfortable when bringing luggage to the room. The air conditioner was right above the bed. I started getting headaches after lying down.
